We run a home-stay facility and unlike a typical hotel, our approach is guided more by affection and care rather monetary equations and returns.

We have an in-house kitchen that dishes out basic home cooked food for our guests. All meals and snacks and beverages are served inside the rooms as well as on the terrace without any extra charges or any frown our faces.

We understand that for a family, no vacation is complete without fur buddies. You are most welcome to stay with us and allow us to pat your furry soul-mate once in a while. We don't charge anything for allowing your cherub though we do charge for additional/extra human beings. Please do carry your pet's needs along with you. And still, if you need anything, please do let us know in advance or even after arrival. We shall do our best to meet the needs of those who don't speak our language but understand us like no one else.

On demand and at a small cost, we shall provide you with an opportunity to sit around a burning fire and chat with your buddies. It can be organised on the terrace or in the jungle across the courtyard or just outside your room, depending upon where you are staying.

A natural spring, colloquially called Teerath or holy place, is located at a walking distance from our Dacha. The spring has a long history and is associated with visit of the first Sikh Guru, Guru Nanak Dev ji. The water has amazing properties and is used by locals for treatment of respiratory diseases and general well-being. We shall provide two bottles of water drawn freshly from the spring to our guests on the day of arrival. Subsequent refills may be provided only if we have enough in our store and at a nominal fee. Cooking is done in spring water itself.

For short treks, we can provide guides at nominal charges. We don't charge any commission or cut while doing so.

Please see THINGS TO DO that can be opted for and let us know if any co-ordination is required at our end.

We have a policy of cleaning the rooms immediately on checking out. In addition to general cleanliness, it also ensures that guests can be re-called in time in case they have forgotten anything (and that happens pretty regularly). We also don't believe in flashing rule book while denying a thing. Whenever possible, early or late check-in/out shall be allowed without any extra charges.

Trust us with your baggage and you will not be disappointed. We don't charge for safe keeping your baggage while you trek around for a day or so.

Jari, 04 Kms away, has a full-fledged hospital with 24x7 doctor on duty. However, for small issues, we do keep basic medicines centrally. Guests are requested to pick up the right medicine themselves since our staff has no medical training beyond dressing small cuts and superficial wounds.

If you are travelling by direct bus to Manikaran, you won't need pick up or drop service. Please see HOW TO REACH for more details. If, however, you are arriving and departing from Bhuntar or elsewhere in Kullu-Manali Valley, pick- up and drop can be arranged on request. Rates have been fixed by the local taxi unions and we don't charge any commission for facilitating the same.

Parking is free and under CCTV surveillance.
